摘要目的 探讨小儿咽扁颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗儿童甲型流行性感冒伴热性惊厥的临床效果。 方法 选择2016年1月~2019年1月河北省儿童医院收治的198例甲型流行性感冒伴热性惊厥的患儿为研究对象，依据随机数字表法分为对照组（99例）和观察组（99例）。对照组给予磷酸奥司他韦治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予小儿咽扁颗粒治疗。评价两组临床疗效，比较两组的临床症状好转时间及惊厥复发率。比较两组治疗前后血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）、脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）、S-100β蛋白（S-100β）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）及γ干扰素（IFN-γ）水平。记录并比较两组治疗过程中不良反应的发生情况。 结果 观察组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组（P < 0.05）。观察组咽红肿痛好转时间、咳嗽鼻塞好转时间、退热时间、惊厥消失时间明显短于对照组，惊厥复发率明显低于对照组（均P < 0.05）。两组治疗后血清NSE、BDNF及S-100β水平明显低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（均P < 0.05）。两组治疗后血清CRP、IFN-γ水平明显低于治疗前，IL-8水平明显高于治疗前；且观察组血清CRP、IFN-γ水平明显低于对照组，IL-8水平明显高于对照组（均P < 0.05）。两组治疗期间的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。 结论 小儿咽扁颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗儿童甲型流行性感冒伴热性惊厥的临床效果显著，能够明显改善临床症状，减轻炎性反应和患儿脑损伤，且安全性较好。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiaoer Yanbian Granules combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate in the treatment of children′s influenza A with febrile convulsion。 Methods A total of 198 cases with influenza A and febrile convulsion children in Hebei Children′s Hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as subjects。 They were divided into the control group (99 cases) and the observation group (99 cases) according to the random number table method。 The control group was treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate, and the observation group was treated with Xiaoer Yanbian Granules on the basis of the control group。
